Argus News - Humane Sagar’s Death: FIR Filed Against Singer's Managers

Balangir, Nov 21: In a significant development, police on Friday registered a First Information Report (FIR) against the managers of popular Odia playback singer Humane Sagar.

The FIR, lodged at Balangir Town Police Station, names Prashant Behera and Dinesh Behera as accused.

According to reports, the case was filed following complaints from various organisations demanding justice and a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the singer’s demise.

In addition, police have also registered a separate case regarding alleged misbehaviour towards Humane Sagar’s mother .

Notably, the 36-year-old singer passed away on November 17 at AIIMS Bhubaneswar, where he had been undergoing intensive treatment.

Humane Sagar’s death has sparked widespread grief across Odisha, where he was admired for his soulful voice and immense contribution to the Odia music industry.
