Konark, Dec 1: The 34th edition of Konark Mahotsav is set to begin today at Konark. Organised at the open air auditorium the five-day carnival offers some stellar dance performances by renowned artists. Preparations for the same have been done.

The stage has been set to welcome the guests and the artists. The audience will be welcomed to the rhythmic beats of Ghungroo from today onwards.

Gushing through the waves, the winds hitting the shore along with different cultural programmes is sure to please the audience.

The Mahotsav is jointly helmed by Odisha Tourism Development Corporation and Odissi Research Centre from December 1 to 5.
