The ghastly incident occurred in the Bharatpur police station area of the city.
According to the information, the man carried a sharp weapon under his shirt secretly and entered the builder's office on Monday afternoon. He entered the office and attacked his wife suddenly. Though the woman ran for safety, the man chased her and kept attacking her till he was nabbed by security guards.
