Khordha, Jan 17: In a tragic accident, a man died after a train ran over him at Nirakarpur railway station under Khordha rail division this morning. 

The identity of the deceased hasn't been ascertained as  of now. 

According to the information, due to a rush at the station the deceased man fell on the railway tracks from platform number three while getting down from the train. A speeding train approaching the track ran over him and killed him. 

The Railway Protection Force (RPF) seized the body and has sent for post-mortem.
