Boudh, Jan 18: The Special Operations Group (SOG) in a joint combing operation busted a Maoist camp in the Budhakhol forest of the Boudh district. 

A Huge cache of arms & ammunitions seized from the spot.

Acting on a tip-off, the combing team launched a search operation at Budhakhol forest. On sensing the movements of the SOG Jawans, the Maoists opened fire at them. In retaliation, the Jawans also fired back forcing the Maoists to flee the spot.

According to sources, combing operations by security forces are continuing in the forest.

There has been no report of any casualty till now.
