Cuttack, Jan 9: On the allegation of possession of disproportionate assets by Panchanan Behera, MVI, Nayagarh, Vigilance sleuths started conducting simultaneous searches on his office and houses at different places to detect assets being possessed by Behera and his family members.
Vigilance teams comprising six DSPs, three Inspectors, eight ASIs and other staff are conducting searches on the strength of warrants issued against the MVI by Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar.
Sources said searches are on at the following seven places in Khurdha (Bhubaneswar), Nayagarh and Cuttack districts.

6) House of his relative located at Village-Govindpur, PS- Nilgiripatna, Dist-Khurdha.

7) House of his another relative located at Satya Vihar, Pandara, Bhubaneswar.
