While the three with minor injuries are undergoing treatment at the Khariar Sub-Divisional Hospital, the critical two have been admitted to the District Headquarters Hospital, Nuapada here.
According to the information, two groups of people in Duajhar village exchanged heated arguments over establishing a gold jewellery-making shop at nearby Chindaguda. This led to a clash between them. People from the sides hurled acid on either side in which five people sustained burn injuries.
