✨He said two percent of the amount of the paddy procurement is being given by the Centre for the Development of Mandis. This amount is spent for the safe keeping of paddy at the Mandis. As such this amount is utilized for the construction of storerooms, pucca pandals, toilets and drinking water facilities. However, paddy is being piled up under the open sky at more than 98 percent of Mandis, he alleged.
