Bhubaneswar, Nov 3: The popular Ollywood singer Debesh Pati has been arrested from Jajpur. Pati had deceived a girl from Bhadrak on the pretext of marrying her. 

According to sources, Pati had  established illicit relationship and impregnated her. He had allegedly intoxicated her and tried to abort the child. It was also reported that he had duped the girl.

The girl had lodged a complaint against Pati in Nayapalli Police Station, following which he was arrested from Jajpur and court forwarded. 

Further investigation is underway.
