Sambalpur, May 7: The BJP government, if formed, will provide patta to all people who are landless and houses will be provided to them across the urban and rural areas in the State. Fifteen lakh more PMAY houses will be distributed to poor people in the State.

There will be no family in Odisha which will not have a pucca house. 

Union Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister and BJP candidate from Sambalpur Lok Sabha seat, Dharmendra Pradhan asserted this at a Press Meet held at Sambalpur this morning. 

On the occasion, Pradhan also informed that a special election manifesto for Sambalpur will be released soon. 

He said Sambalpur will be a hub for textile exports after the BJP comes to power on June 4. 

"Sarees manufactured in Sambalpur have a global brand named 'Sambalpuri'. But the BJD government has not created a market facility for the sarees. We will make Sambalpur a textile export hub after our party comes to power," said Pradhan. 

Pradhan said a global linkage for Sambalpuri textile products will be created.   

Pradhan said an insurance coverage of Rs 5 lakh would be provided to each worker in the unorganized sector.  

Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat scheme, which ensures free health service of Rs 5 lakh for each poor person, will be implemented in one month after the BJP forms government in the State, said Pradhan. 

The pension amount will be increased to Rs 3,000 for widows, physically disabled persons and elderly people. Similarly, Rs 3,500 will be given to people aged above 80.    

Every household will be given solar power free of cost under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana. "Our government will provide drinking water, toilets, LPG and health services to all free of cost," said Pradhan. 

Pradhan said all the promises made in the manifesto are a Modi guarantee. 

An agriculture university and food processing hub will come up in Sambalpur. 

On the occasion, Pradhan slammed the Odisha government for not cooperating with the Cental government for establishment of PM SHRI schools in Odisha. "We will establish 800 PM SHRI Schools in Odisha," said Pradhan. 

Terming the Naveen Patnaik government as 'autocratic' and inaccessible to the common man, Pradhan said the BJP government will ensure accessibility to government offices for all. 

He too promised restructuring of the accreditation system and pension coverage for journalists.
