Kendrapara, Feb 25:The family members of a woman have brought allegations of dowry murder against the husband and in-laws of the woman in Aul area of Kendrapara district this morning. 

The deceased woman has been identified as Sonali Parida the daughter of Panchanan Parida of Binjharpur. She was reportedly seven months pregnant. She was found hanging at her in-laws house at Aul Argal. 

She was married to Manoj Sahu, the son of Benudhar Sahu of Aul Argal here.

According to the complaint, the in-laws of Sonali were torturing her for dowry. 

"On February 24, we got a call from her in-laws that our daughter is ill. When we reached there we saw that our daughter is no more. Her mother-in-law informed us that she has committed suicide," said her maternal uncle. 

"She was seven months pregnant and she would never commit suicide," he added.
