Puri, Feb 17: The Chhabi Rani rape and murder has been repeated, with a woman being gang-raped by three men in front of her minor son and her husband in Brahmagiri area under Arakhakuda police station limits in Puri distritct as per the complaint lodged by the woman on Saturday. 

According to the information, one of the rapists was known to the family. He offered liquor to the woman's husband and thereafter attacked him and tied his hands and legs. They also pushed their 1.5 years-old son near the bush. 

They then dragged the woman and physically assaulted her in front of her husband and minor son around 10 pm on Friday. 

Police lodged a complaint and started an investigation. One person has been detained by the police in this regard. 

"My one-year-old was pushed into the bushes and they tied by husband and thrashed me. They tore my clothes and forced themselves on me. I was pleading them to leave me," said the woman. 

The woman has been admitted in a dispensary in Brahmagiri.
