Burla, Dec 19: Vigilance sleuths raided the residents and office of former Sambalpur Development Authority (SDA) Planning member, Bandita Mohapatro and SDA Junior clerk Laxmi Narayan Samal today.
A Vigilance team consisting of six DSPs, six Inspectors and six ASI have conducted simultaneous raids at six places to seize the disappropriate assests income.
The three residences of Bandita Mohapatra in Bhubaneswar along with the government residence in Mayurbhanj and Angul were raided.
On the same lines, the SDA office of Samal and his Burla residence were also raided.

It is worth mentioning here that earlier in September 2023, Bandita and Laxmi Narayana were arrested by police for producing fake maps of their houses.
