Sambalpur, Nov 7: Even as BJD MLA Sushant Singh 'admitted' that his supporters vandalised the Amhabhona police station in Bargarh district 'on his advice', the Minister of State for Home Tusharkanti Behera has altogether denied knowing about the attack on the police station, much to the dismay of the people.
"I have not received any news about the incident (attack on the Ambabhona police station)," Home Minister Tusharkanti Behera said and averted media questions.
"The worst thing is that the Home Minister of the State says he doesn't know about the attack of such a high degree on a police station by a large number of people," opined many.
"While MLA Sushant Singh has already admitted the truth in front of the camera, how can the Home Minister say he doesn't know," they wanted to know further.
Singh reportedly told the supporters not to maintain peace there and held the police responsible for the incident.

✨Notably, some miscreants broke into the police station and vandalised its premises. This happened after police questioned some youths about drug dealings. These miscreants are believed to be supporters of BJD MLA Sushant Singh.
In his reaction, BJP State President Manmohan Samal alleged, "Sushant instigated his supporters to vandalise the police station. Even though a case has been filed against more than 100 people, the police have not brought the MLA under the purview of the investigation so far."
Samal demanded MLA Sushant Singh be arrested as soon as possible.
On the other hand, Sushant's revelation to the media has been a matter of discussion.
