Argus News - Tehsil Amin Caught Taking Rs 8K Bribe In Balangir

Balangir, Feb 8: Vigilance sleuths caught an Amin red-handed while he was taking a bribe of Rs 8,000 in Saintala tehsil of Balangir district today. 

The Amin has been identified as Nirmalan Kabi. 

The complainant Niren Sahu alleged Amin Nirmalan Kabi repeatedly demanded bribe for Sahu's land demarcation. 

On being questioned why he was arrested by Vigilance, Kabi replied," I do not know why I am being held. The man came and gave me some money, which I pocketed."
