Koraput, June 20: In a tragic mishap, two persons were killed as their motorcycle slipped on the road at Bijapur under the Boriguma police station limits in Koraput district late On Wednesday night. 

The deceased have been identified as Binayak Rath and Deepak Paika of Jeypore. 

According to the information, Binayak and Deepak were returning from Kotpada after attending a wedding feast when their bike slipped and they fell on the road. They were rushed to Jeypore Hospital where doctors declared them dead. 

The Boriguma police have sent the bodies for postmortem and started an investigation.
