Bhubaneswar, Oct 20: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Monday extended his heartfelt greetings to the people across the country on the auspicious occasion of Diwali.

 

In his message on X, formerly known as Twitter, Minister Pradhan wished everyone joy, prosperity, and peace, praying that the festival of lights dispels darkness from every life and brings boundless happiness.

“On the sacred occasion of Diwali, heartfelt greetings and best wishes to all. May this festival of light remove darkness from every life and bring immense joy and prosperity — this is my prayer to the Divine Mother,” Pradhan wrote in Odia on X.

 

“Diwali is not just a celebration of lamps, but a message to ignite hope, faith, and love in our hearts. With the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha, may everyone’s life be filled with happiness, peace, prosperity, and continuous progress,” he added in Hindi.
