Cuttack, Dec 25: The Commissionerate police have finally busted the minor boy killing case of Jagatpur Kachhapur on the city outskirts committed on December 16.  

Police found victim Jyotiprakash Behera was subjected to unnatural sex first and was then killed by the accused, Babuli Panda, in the apprehension that the boy might reveal his unsavory act to others. 

The Jagatpur police arrested Babuli following a preliminary investigation. Police said Babuli had been sexually torturing Jyotiprakash for many days.  On the incident day, he took Jyotiprakash to an abandoned room and had unnatural sex with him. As the minor boy threatened to tell his family members about his behavior, Babuli killed him by beating him with a wooden plank first and then slitting his neck with a sickle. Later, he dragged his body to an agriculture field and dumped it there.   

After arresting him, police also took him to the spot and recreated the crime scene there. Babula narrated the series of happening to police during the recreation of the crime scene.
