Subarnapur, Dec 14: A woman died after getting electrocuted in ward number 11 in Rahila village of Binka Notified Area Council (NAC) in Subarnapur district last night.
The woman has been identified as Basana Naik.
Accoding to sources, she was entering her house after washing the utensils when in the backyard. She was electrocuted when her wet hands touched the iron grills. She lost her consciousness and fell to the ground.

Her family members rushed her to the Community Health Centre in Binka where the doctors declared her dead. Police has registered a case under unnatural death and is investigating the matter.
