Dhenkanal, Nov 21: A youth was burnt alive after coming in contact with a 132KV wire at Baunsakana square under Bhubana police limits in Dhenkanal district today. 

According to sources, the exact reason as to why the young man had gone near the live wire is yet to be found out. He had climbed the electric tower, sources said. 

The local farmers informed the fire brigade to rescue the boy. He was taken to Bhubana Community Health Centre (CHC).

The doctors declared him brought dead. 70% of his body parts was burnt informed the doctors. 

However, his identity is yet to be ascertained.
