Crime Branch detained senior Biju Janata Dal (BJD) leader Dillip Kumar Nayak
following an extensive raid at his residence in Badambadi here in Odisha on
Friday over alleged financial irregularities, officials said.

According to sources, The EOW team conducted a detailed search operation at Nayak’s residence, which lasted for several hours. The questioning continued for more than three hours before officials took him to Bhubaneswar for further interrogation.
