Cyclone Landfall / କେଉଁଠି ଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡଫଲ୍‌ କରିବ ଅତି ଭୀଷଣ ବାତ୍ୟା ? ଗତିପଥ ଜାରି କଲା ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ

ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ହେଲା ବାତ୍ୟାର ଗତିପଥ । ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଜାରି ହୋଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ଆଧାରରେ ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ଥିବା ଅବପାତ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଗକୁ ଗତି କରି ଆଜି ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଗଭୀର ଅବପାତରେ ପରିଣତ ହେବ । ପରେ ଏହା କ୍ରମଶଃ ପଶ୍ଚିମ-ଉତ୍ତର-ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଦିଗକୁ ଗତିପଥ ବଳାଇବ । ପଶ୍ଚିମ-ଉତ୍ତର-ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଦିଗରେ ଗତି କରି ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୨୬ ତାରିଖ ସକାଳ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହା ଏକ ବାତ୍ୟା ଏବଂ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୨୭ ତାରିଖ ସକାଳ ବେଳକୁ ପଶ୍ଚିମ-କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ଭୀଷଣ ବାତ୍ୟାର ରୂପ ନେବ । ଏହା ପରେ ଆହୁରି ଘନୀଭୂତ ହୋଇ ଏକ ଅତି ଭୀଷଣ ବାତ୍ୟାରେ ପରିଣତ ହେବ ।

ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୨୮ ତାରିଖ ସକାଳ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ପଶ୍ଚିମ-କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶ ଉପକୂଳ ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହେବ । ୨୮ ତାରିଖ ପୂର୍ବାହ୍ନ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶର ୟାନମ୍ ଉପକୂଳ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ବାପଟଲା ଏବଂ ବିଶାଖାପଟ୍ଟନମ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସ୍ଥଳଭାଗ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରିବ ବୋଲି ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କୁହାଯାଇଛି । ଏହି ସମୟରେ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ପବନର ବେଗ ଘଣ୍ଟାପ୍ରତି ୧୧୫ରୁ ୧୨୫ କିମି ଏବଂ ଝଟକା ପବନର ବେଗ ୧୪୦ କିମି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ରହିପାରେ ବୋଲି ଆକଳନ କରିଛି ଭାରତୀୟ ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ ।

The Depression over Eastcentral and adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal moved southeastwards with speed of 8 kmph during past 6 hours, lay centered at 2330 hours IST of yesterday, the 24th October, 2026 over the same region, near Latitude 15.5°N and Longitude 91.0°E, about 470 km north-northwest of Sri Vijaya Puram (Andaman Islands), 860 km east-southeast of Vishakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh), 950 km east-southeast of Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh), 1060 km east of Machilipatnam (Andhra Pradesh) and 1130 km east of Bapatla (Andhra Pradesh). It is very likely to move nearly southwards, intensify into a Deep Depression and then gradually recurve west-northwestwards over the Eastcentral & adjoining Southeast Bay of Bengal on 25th October, 2026. Continuing to move west-northwestwards, it is very likely to intensify further into a cyclonic storm over the Eastcentral & adjoining Westcentral Bay of Bengal by 26th October morning, and into a severe cyclonic storm over westcentral Bay of Bengal around morning of 27th October, 2026. Thereafter, it is very likely to move northwestwards, intensify further into a very severe cyclonic storm and reach Westcentral Bay of Bengal near Andhra Pradesh coast around morning of 28th October, 2026. It is very likely to cross Andhra Pradesh & Yanam coasts between Bapatla and Visakhapatnam as a very severe cyclonic storm with the maximum sustained wind speed of 115-125 kmph gusting to 140 kmph by forenoon of 28th October, 2026.

ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶ ଏବଂ ସଂଲଗ୍ନ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଉପକୂଳ ପାଇଁ 'ପ୍ରି-ସାଇକ୍ଲୋନ୍ ୱାଚ୍' ଜାରି କରାଯାଇଛି । ପ୍ରଶାସନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସ୍ଥିତି ଉପରେ କଡ଼ା ନଜର ରଖାଯାଇଥିବାବେଳେ ଉପକୂଳବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଜିଲ୍ଲାଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ସତର୍କ ରହିବାକୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ।

ସେପଟେ ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ବାତ୍ୟାର ସ୍ଥିତି ନିଜେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରିବା ସହ ସଜାଗ ରହିବା ଓ ଜିରୋ କାଜୁଆଲଟି ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ପୂରଣ ଦିଗରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ବାତ୍ୟାର ମୁକାବିଲା ପାଇଁ ୬୦ଟି ଓଡ୍ରାଫ୍, ୧୭ଟି NDRF, ୨୨୫ଟି ଅଗ୍ନିଶମ ଟିମ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଅଛନ୍ତି । ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ୫ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ୨୮ଓ ୨୯ ତାରିଖ ସ୍କୁଲ କଲେଜ ଛୁଟି ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଛି । ସମୁଦ୍ର ଅଶାନ୍ତ ଥିବାରୁ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟଜୀବୀଙ୍କୁ ସମୁଦ୍ର ମଧ୍ୟକୁ ଯିବାକୁ ବାରଣ କରାଯାଇଛି । ସମସ୍ତ ବିଭାଗ ମିଳିତ ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରି ବାତ୍ୟାର ସଫଳ ମୁକାବିଲା ପାଇଁ ସବୁ ବିଭାଗକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ।
