ଅମରାବତୀ: ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରର ବିଶାଖାପାଟଣା ସହରରେ ପ୍ରଭାବ ଦେଖାଇଲାଣି ଅର୍ଣ୍ଣବ । ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ଝଡ଼ 'ଅର୍ଣ୍ଣବ' ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ବଢ଼ୁଛି ପବନର ବେଗ । ସମୁଦ୍ର ଭିତରେ ଏବେ ପବନର ବେଗ ରହିଛି ୧୮୦ କିଲୋମିଟର । ସମୁଦ୍ର ଭିତରେ ୧୪ ମିଟର ଉଚ୍ଚ ଜୁଆର ଉଠୁଛି । ସ୍ଥଳଭାଗ ଆଡ଼କୁ ୨୦କିମି ବେଗରେ ମାଡ଼ି ଆସୁଛି ବାତ୍ୟା । ଅତି ଭୀଷଣ ବାତ୍ୟା ଅର୍ଣ୍ଣବ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ବିଶାଖାପାଟଣାରେ ବିଶାଳ ଗଛ ଉପୁଡ଼ିବା ସହ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ଖୁଣ୍ଟ ବି ଭାଙ୍ଗିବ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି ଭାରତୀୟ ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗର ମହାନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ମୃତ୍ୟୁଞ୍ଜୟ ମହାପାତ୍ର ।

ଉପକୂଳ ଆଡ଼କୁ ୨୦ କିଲୋମିଟର ବେଗରେ ମାଡ଼ି ଆସୁଛି ଅର୍ଣ୍ଣବ । ବିଶାଖାପାଟଣାଠାରୁ ୨୨୦ କିଲୋମିଟର ଓ କାକିନାଡ଼ାଠାରୁ ୨୪୦ କିଲୋମିଟର ଦୂରରେ ଅଛି ବାତ୍ୟା । ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରର ମହାରାଣୀପେଟା ପୋଲିସ ଷ୍ଟାଣ୍ଡାଡ୍ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଏକ ବିଶାଳ ଗଛ ଏକ ଘର ଉପରେ ପଡ଼ିଛି । ଟ୍ରାଫିକ୍ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ସ୍ୱାଭାବିକ କରିବା ଏବଂ ରାସ୍ତା ସଫା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପୌରପାଳିକା ଏବଂ ବିପର୍ଯ୍ୟୟ ପରିଚାଳନା ଦଳ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଜରୁରୀକାଳୀନ ଉଦ୍ଧାର ଓ ସଫେଇ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯାଇଛି ।

VIDEO | Cyclone Arnab: IMD Director General Mrutyunjay Mohapatra says, “Cyclone Arnab is currently a very severe cyclonic storm over the west-central Bay of Bengal, centred around 240 km east-southeast of Kakinada. Its eye has developed, and the black circular area visible on the screen marks its centre. The cyclone is moving slowly west-northwestwards, and this movement is expected to continue until this evening. It will then move northwestwards and cross the coast on the morning of October 28 between Bapatla and Visakhapatnam, south of Yanam. At the time of landfall, it is expected to remain a very severe cyclonic storm, with wind speeds of 125-135 kmph, gusting to 150 kmph. These are highly destructive winds that can cause extensive damage. Large trees may be uprooted, tree branches may break, telephone and electric poles may be damaged, bent or uprooted, and hoardings may be dislodged. Old pucca houses, kutcha houses, thatched houses, asbestos-roofed structures and tin-roofed houses may also suffer extensive damage. The strong winds could also cause damage to ships and boats. We have, therefore, advised that no ships or boats should be in the west-central Bay of Bengal or adjoining areas of the north-west Bay of Bengal. ଅତି ଭୀଷଣ ସାମୁଦ୍ରିକ ଝଡ଼ ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ହିଁ ଉପକୂଳ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରିବ । ସମୁଦ୍ର ଭିତରେ ଏବେ ପବନର ବେଗ ରହିଛି ୧୮୦ କିଲୋମିଟର । ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି (ବୁଧବାର) ପୂର୍ବାହ୍ନରେ ବାତ୍ୟା ଆନ୍ଧ୍ରପ୍ରଦେଶର ବାପତଲା ଓ ବିଶାଖାପାଟନମ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସ୍ଥଳଭାଗ ଛୁଇଁବ । ସେତେବେଳେ ପବନର ବେଗ ଘଣ୍ଟା ପ୍ରତି ୧୨୫ରୁ ୧୩୫ କିଲୋମିଟର ରହିବାକୁ ଥିବାବେଳେ ୧୫୦ କିଲୋମିଟର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଝଟକା ପବନ ବହିବ ।

ବିଶାଖାପାଟଣାର ସମସ୍ତ ବେଳାଭୂମି ବନ୍ଦ କରିଦିଆଯାଇଛି ଏବଂ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଣି ଭିତରକୁ ଯିବାରୁ ରୋକିବା ପାଇଁ ପୋଲିସ ପାଟ୍ରୋଲିଂ କରୁଛି । ସହରରେ ପଡ଼ିଥିବା ପାଞ୍ଚଟି ଗଛକୁ ଶୀଘ୍ର ସଫା କରାଯାଇଛି ଏବଂ ଚାରିଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ କାଟ ଶୀଘ୍ର ପୁନଃସ୍ଥାପିତ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଯେଉଁଠି ଗଛ ଭାଙ୍ଗୁଛି, ତୁରନ୍ତ ତାକୁ ହଟାଯାଇ ସ୍ଵାଭାବିକ ସ୍ଥିତି ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ଵ ଦିଆଯାଉଛି । ଏଥିଲାଗି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପୋଲିସ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପାଟ୍ରୋଲିଂ କରାଯାଉଛି । ଯେପରି କୌଣସି ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଆହତ କିମ୍ବା ଯାନବାହନ କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହେବେ ନାହିଁ ତା' ଉପରେ ବି ଗୁରୁତ୍ଵ ଦିଆଯାଉଛି ।

ଆଜି (ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର) କାକିନାଡା ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ଉପ୍ପଡା, କୋନାପାପେଟ ଏବଂ ମୂଳାପେଟର ଉପକୂଳବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଅଞ୍ଚଳଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ସମୁଦ୍ର ପାଣି ପହଞ୍ଚିଛି । ଯାହା ଫଳରେ ଉପ୍ପଡା ଏବଂ ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଗ୍ରାମଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ କାକିନାଡା ସହିତ ସଂଯୋଗ କରୁଥିବା ରାସ୍ତାରେ ଯାତାୟାତ ବାଧାପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି । ଏପରିକି ସମୁଦ୍ର ଢେଇ କୂଳ ପାଖରେ ଥିବା ଘର ଆଡକୁ ମାଡିଯାଇଛି, ଯାହା ଉପ୍ପଡା, କୋନାପାପେଟ, ମୂଳାପେଟ, ସୁବାମ୍ପେଟ ଏବଂ ଏହାର ଆଖପାଖ ଗାଁର ବାସିନ୍ଦାଙ୍କୁ ଚିନ୍ତିତ କରିଛି ।
