In the letter, Singh Deo apprised the Defence Minister that while Central PSUs have augmented medical infrastructure and facilities during the pandemic in many districts of Odisha, Balangir has no such opportunity as it is a zero industry district.
She congratulated Singh for taking the initiative in setting up Covid Hospitals and 500 Medical Oxygen Plants in various parts of the country under the PM Cares Fund.
