The villagers have demanded that all culprits involved in the Ashram burning case be arrested forthwith.
Notably, a major fire had engulfed the Bhagabat Ashram of Brahmapur late on Sunday night. Following the mishap, villagers lodged a complaint at the police station, alleging involvement of five persons in the wrongful act.
Though three days have passed since we lodged the complaint, it is disappointing that police have not arrested any one of them. We have been forced to take to the streets, said agitators.
