First postal votes will be counted at 8 am at the RO table and then EVM votes will be counted at 14 tables in 23 rounds, said Lohani in a press briefing.
He informed that 296 ballot votes, include 24 from service personnel, have been received.
A three tier security system will be put in place for smooth counting of votes. CRPF, State Armed Police and State police will be deployed, he said.
Candidates can employ an agent for each of counting tables. Agents having permission letter from candidates will be allowed to the counting centre he said. Three people comprising Counting Supervisor, Counting Assistant and Micro Observer will be deployed at each table he said.
